AZAAL Services Ltd is registered in England and Wales (No. 09264118) with its registered office at 41 Kingsway, London WC2B 6EY. Our local operations are run from Musterstrasse 24, 10115 Berlin, Germany. For any question about this policy write to info@azaal.services.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we store your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the date and location you give us and the message you write. We use this only to prepare and deliver your booking.

Cookies

This site uses a single cookie-consent preference stored in your browser so that the notice does not reappear on every page. No advertising or analytics cookies are set. If you decline, the site continues to work exactly the same.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Delivered photographs are stored for 12 months so that you can request corrections or prints; after that they are removed from our systems.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@azaal.services and we will respond within 30 days.

Cross-border processing

Our registered office is in the United Kingdom and our operating office is in Germany. Enquiry data is therefore processed in the UK and the EU. We do not transfer it to any other region.
