Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to every booking made with AZAAL Services Ltd. A booking is confirmed only when we have issued a written quotation and you have confirmed it in writing.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro and include VAT. The quoted price is fixed for the agreed scope. A 25% retainer secures the date; the balance is due seven days before the date (14 days for weddings).

Cancellation

Cancel more than 30 days before the date and the retainer is returned in full. Between 30 and 14 days the retainer is retained. Inside 14 days the full fee is due.

Rescheduling

One reschedule at no charge, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given and the date is available.

Delivery

Edited galleries are delivered within 21 days of the date and video within 28 days. Delivery is by private online gallery link.

Image rights

You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your photographs and film for private purposes. Copyright remains with AZAAL Services Ltd. We may use images from your booking in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance and full equipment cover. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer in Germany.
