How far in advance should we book?
For wedding dates, six to twelve months ahead is comfortable. For birthdays and private events, two to four weeks usually works. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether your date is still free.
Do you travel outside Berlin?
Yes. We travel across Germany for multi-day events. Travel is charged by distance and agreed in writing before the date is confirmed, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How long does delivery take?
Edited galleries are delivered within 21 days for photography and 28 days for video. Rush delivery within 7 days is available as an add-on.
How many photographers come?
One photographer for events under six hours. Two for full-day bookings and all wedding coverage, so both cameras are rolling when it matters.
Do we get the raw files?
The delivered gallery contains edited images. Raw files are available on request for an additional fee, and we will explain what that involves before you book.
Can we request specific shots?
Tell us the moments that matter before the day and we will plan around them. We will not stage a moment — we will be ready for it.
